There is an issue with a Rocketship Kickstarter I backed, where should I contact you?
The best place to contact us for any issue regarding a Kickstarter is through direct message on the Kickstarter campaign you’re asking about. This way we can easily look up your order and confirm who you are. You can find all of our campaigns here.
I ordered a book on the Rocketship shop, how long will it take to arrive?
Orders ship from our warehouse in the U.S. If you live in the continental United States orders take up to 10 business days to arrive. If you are outside of the U.S. it could take up to 4 weeks. Deliveries tend to be quick, but the postal services have been inconsistent for the past year.
I have a Kickstarter coming up, will you run it for me?
No. We’re a publishing company and don’t run crowdfunding campaigns for projects we don’t publish.
How come there are digital or ebook copies of some of your books available and not others?
The digital rights for each title we publish vary. If we don’t offer a book as an ebook or on comiXology it’s likely because those rights sit with a digital publisher. If you’re interested in the digital version we encourage you to read those titles on the sites and apps where they’re currently running.
How long does it take to get my items from a Kickstarter you’ve run?
Typically it’s about a 6 month process from the time the campaign ends until fulfillment happens. This of course can vary due to a variety of factors but that’s the average.
